Hamilton House Rental Fee's

Price for Rental per week with effect from January 1st, 2008

Winter Rate $3,250 for up to 4 people Nov 1st till June 1st

Summer Rate $3,000 for up to 4 people June 2nd to October 31st

Christmas, New Year, Easter $3,500 per week / 4 people

Additional person charged at $325 per person per week

Damage Deposit $500
